Jackson let out a breath he hadn't realised he'd been holding. He'd been fine the whole drive over but now that he was stood outside the front door he was a little nervous. Which was extremely rare. Jack didn't do nervous or anxious. He had always been overly confident. He knew how nervous Jade was to meet his family so he was putting it down to him feeding off of her emotions. That, and probably the fact that he was worried his family would go overboard and scare her away. Meeting the family had turned into a full blown family sit down meal which he hoped wouldn't get the chance to turn awkward. He knew he'd have support from Sam if he needed it as he'd trusted his brother enough to introduce them when she'd met his friends. He gave the hand that was on the verge of losing circulation a squeeze then pressed his lips into the side of Jade's fiery hair, in an attempt to comfort her. "Let's do this." He said before opening the door and heading inside. "We're here. . don't all pounce at once." He called out, half joking but also half serious. He didn't want Jade to get overwhelmed.
