SHILOH EVELYN JENSEN has been brought in for questioning about her possible involvement in the fire given her recent involvement in pranking the Blue Acre barn, however on questioning, she advises on some rumours she's heard around campus about the fire.
sitting across from shiloh, nik opened the file he had in front of him and he readied his pen to take notes during the interview. he couldn't remember a time there had been this many teenagers in and out of the station and he didn't like it much. oh they needed to be there, that was for sure and the reason was as serious as they come, but the fact they were teenagers just bothered him more than if they'd been adults. "so were you at the blue acres barn the night it burned?" he asked, looking straight at her as he studied her face. he wasn't going to beat around the bush, there was no point in playing it soft or to work up to the questions, he usually found straight to the point worked better.
Shiloh sighed and examined her nails as the officer sat opposite. It was not her first and would not be her last trip to a police station. She knew how these things worked. This guy was a sucker, he had kids, he had a wife... it meant he had a heart, and it made things easy to manipulate. Pull those bleeding strings. "so were you at the blue acres barn the night it burned?" Shiloh returned to looking at her nails, checking for chips. "No, I was not. Do I look like I hang around horse barns with a lit fag?" She raised a brow, indicated with a brief hand to her short skirt and fancy jacket attire.
