Path to the Unknown

The Dreamweaver was, originally, the only living creature in this world. She did not know where she had come from, but she knew she needed a place to live. So she created Unknown. The island of Unknown was surrounded by sea as far as the eye could behold. But it was dead. Sure, there was trees and flowers and rivers and natural wonders, but there was no life. So the Dreamweaver created life in her own image, and named them horses. The first horses were called the Firstborn, the Gods and Goddesses of Unknown. They were the first to understand the Dreamweaver, the ones who taught the trees to speak and streams to sing.

But jealousy and rivalry between the Firstborn sparked a war, and they were split. The Light, the Dark, and those undecided, the Neutral. The war continued, breaking the heart of the Dreamweaver. Seeing this, the Lights called for a truce. The Neutrals and Darks agreed, but only because if the Dreamweaver died, the land would be plunged into eternal darkness.

By the end of the war, there were only six Firstborn left. Two of each alliance, and they became the Gods and Goddesses of the land,, with the Dreamweaver as Creator. The Dreamweaver created more horses, but this time they were mortal, dying after only a few decades of life on Unknown, and here, our story begins...

So who will you join? The Lights, Neutrals or Darks? I cannot decide for you, but you can decide for yourself.
