Silas looked at himself in the rear view mirror and frowned slightly. He definitely needed a trim. Not like the animals he cared for would notice, but it was still good to look trimmed up.
The man hadn't exactly planned to be out in the real world today - but the vet office needed some help. Some bearded dragons needed assessing, and unfortunately it wasn't one or two. It was a hoarding issue and there were ten dragons that needed immediate care. Great.
Silas stepped out of his car and locked it before adjusting his scrubs. He let out a yawn before entering the vet office. It was busy with a few four legged patients waiting for their turn. Some being nervous and others content or drugged up.
He introduced himself at the front desk where Silas was directed to a back room. He was told that another doctor or a vet nurse would at least help him begin examining or prepare him for the horrors that awaited him.
