Welcome to Hickstead, home to both Seven Oak Stables, and Blue Acre - two rival stables. Both offer opportunities for their clients to reach the highest level of excellence. Each stable differs from the other, so choose wisely and never forget, loyalty is everything... Meanwhile as the stables battle it out, there's trouble brewing at the university. Be careful, if you don't pick a side you may get caught in the cross-fire...

Today, however, she had decided to spend it at the beach with the two White Shepherds that were staying at the clinic until their owners came and collected them. "Settle down, double trouble." She laughed as both pups eagerly bounced around the back of her vehicle as she opened the door to attach the leads to their collars. "Yes, Belle, you are beautiful." She told the tiny runt with a smile as she clipped the lead on. "And you're just trouble." She told the bigger pup. With leads attached, she left her shoes in the vehicle and headed onto the sand with the pups eagerly pulling at the leads, excited about exploring.
The pups had been to the beach at least once a week since they had arrived at the clinic and were able to head out and about, as she felt it was important to socialise the pups as much as possible, as she didn't want to hand over a dog who had social anxiety and was likely to lash out when put into a situation beyond their understanding. It was also a good chance to get some early training into the pups and starting with making sure they had good recall.
After walking far enough from the carpark that she felt the pups were safer, she asked them to sit and unclipped the leads. "Go have some fun." She laughed as she watched them wander off together to explore all the different smells. At least with only two pups it was easier to keep an eye on them off the lead. It was still chaos, but... organised chaos. "Ice! Play nice!" She called as the larger pup barreled into his smaller sister, sending her sprawling onto the soft sand. She laughed as Belle found her feet again and shook, sending sand flying in all directions before she took off toward the water.
April always sucked at University. Everything was work, work, and more work. Grades were everything. And there were pages of studying and papers. It was making Charles feel stressed and claustraphobic.
So Charles was at a place he enjoyed. The beach. The expansive beach with beautiful sounds. Unfortunately it was too cold to swim. But he still had his socks off so he could feel the sand between his toes.
He was still working though. He was knee deep in a Biology study session for the exam that was coming. On Evolutionary successes of all things. Everything had gone down hill since the racoon unit.
Charles let out a giggle as two dogs were romping around. And sending sand everywhere.

Being at the beach reminded her of home, and all the happy memories she had of racing down the beach with her brother on one of the many ponies at the stables their mother managed. Being at the beach also made her a little sad, as she remembered how much she loved riding. "Maybe I need to go riding." She said to herself as she watched the pups.
Seeing another person, she pulled the clicker from her pocket and clicked it once, smiling as both Belle and Ice looked up from what they had been exploring, even if Ice did have seaweed across his nose. She smiled in response to his words. "Thank you. They needed to get out of the clinic." She smiled toward the pups again as Belle gave a bark, though her smile vanished as Belle took off, with Ice on her heels. "Cute to chaos in zero point five seconds." She gave a whistle and nodded as both pups slid to a stop and then padded their way over to her. "Well done." She gave them both a treat as they sat at her feet.
