brief history:
Jackson spent the first thirteen years off his life in america. He loved his life there, he had great friends, actually enjoyed school, well the sports side of school anyway. He'd always excelled at sports as a child. He had a little sister he could annoy and eventually a brother to hang out with. His parents where great..that is until they decided to move the family over to England. He resented them for a little while after that. He was thirteen going on fourteen, what kid wanted to start a new high school, in another country especially.
So it wasn't so bad living in England. Apart from the accents, it was pretty similar. He still enjoyed his sports at school but his grades had started to slip. His parents thought he just wasn't studying but he was, except the words and numbers kept getting jumbled. Turns out he was dyslexic. His parents got him tutors for the rest of high school and he learnt to live with it, coming out of school with decent grades. After starting college, he struggles with his dyslexia when he's under pressure to get assignments done on time for each class.
