[attr="class","character-lavender-content"] Bailey Gallagher supposed she should have kept her mouth shut when she ran into Ronan Slade on the trails. Unfortunately, she didn't and left dealing with the aftermath because the teenager was too dumb to back down from a fight. She supposedly she should consider herself lucky that Seven Oaks was slim pickings for Ronan as far as western riders, but there was no doubt that he had enough friends who would be willing to help him out. Bailey had her own issues to deal with when it came to recruiting her own team. She had managed to brow beat Jameson Hughs into submission, just in case Ronan got to Sabrina, but she doubted his horse would be that good. The teenager still had three more people to convince.
That was actually why she was loitering in the feed and tack room - hardly suspicious, as her brown eyes kept a peel out for one person in particular. Bailey knew her top choice for this competition, the problem would be convincing her to join the fun. But anybody could be won over, and given how much that girl hung out with Molly Mac'Intosh, maybe some good ole flirting would do the trick. She really didn't know yet. Speaking of her target, she caught sight of that willowy blond walking by now, and Bailey opened the door fast and pounced, "Janie!"
She grabbed that girl so fast, she might as well been an angler fish catching her prey. Her hand wrapped around poor unspecting Janie O'Hara's arm and pulled her inside to the feed room, shutting the door behind them with a deadly thud as she blocked the path out. There was no escape, "Janie O'Hara," Bailey started now, placing her hand over her chest, "I, Bailey Gallagher, need you to join my midnight equestrian beer pong team."
Janie was a bit tired after her deep clean of the blow-up stall. She was thankful that the smell of horse didn’t bother her, but maybe three showers wouldn’t be a bad thing today. After scrubbing her hands well and setting up a fan to help dry the stall – Janie grabbed Darth’s empty buckets to be rinsed out and deep cleaned.
As she was putting the second bucket into the other, the door burst open and Janie found herself being pulled into the feed room. The door was slammed close and Janie turned to see who pretty much forced locked her in.
“Ah, hey Bailey.” Janie didn’t know her too well, other than that she wasn’t the favorite person of a few. “Ummm…excuse me?” she continued.
