Aurora loves children and teaching others about the thing she loves. She has worked hard to get where she is, but she hates showing off. Because she loves children, she hates yelling at her students but if they do something terribly wrong, she will be mad. The barn is where she spends most of her days so she is most likely to make friends there!

brief history: London is the newest addition to Aurora's string of horses. This past summer, when Andrew came to visit the two of them went to the sale yard and bought London. She seemed very shy, not really wanting to interact with humans or other animals. Thankfully, London seemed to get along with Blue, Aurora's dog, and gladly came with Aurora and Andrew when he showed her that they were nice people. Her paperwork states that she was well treated, but Aurora didn't believe that. She is a good dressage prospect and Aurora cannot wait to show her this coming season. [/font][/ul]

brief history: Phantom was actually bred to do three day eventing at a barn in America. He didn't do well in the jumping and cross country, so he got sold as a youngster. Aurora bought him at age 4 and found out that he excelled in dressage. She did the little shows with him near Boston and even did the Olympic qualification trials with him this past year. Aurora moved him and her other two horses to Blue Acres to get ready for the Olympics. [/font][/ul]

brief history: Aurora was born on an old fashioned plantation near New Orleans. Her father was a lawyer and he met her mother in court one day. She was a law clerk and took notes on all the cases. They dated for a few years and got married. They had Aurora two years later and moved to Boston. This is where Aurora grew up in the city, but spent most of her time out in the country. Her Aunt was an Olympic rider in Dressage, which is how Aurora got horse crazy as well. She tried all different kinds of riding, until she fell in love with dressage. She rode in the riding circuit in the USA, making it to Nationals at age 21. She made it to the American Olympic Team and competed in 2008 and in 2012. She is still a part of the team and plans to compete in 2016. She met Andrew, her fiancee when he got traded to the Boston Bruins hockey team when Aurora was age 22 because her and a friend went to a hockey game and she ran into him a few times in Boston. They started dating a few months into their friendship, some how making time for each other because of their careers. When Andrew got traded to Edmonton, Aurora moved to Hickstead. She wanted to be different than every other rider on the US team and train somewhere else. Andrew and Aurora kept their relationship going, and still do. He plans on watching her in the Olympics in Rio this summer. The two are getting married in the summer of 2017. [/font][/ul]
